The Channel One philosophy is to empower youth by showing kids how to take responsibility for changing their lives in a positive way.

Description:
At Channel One - Central Falls, our goal is to give the youth of Central Falls a wide range of experiences and opportunities for growth. We encourage all to participate in their community thus enabling them to take pride in their school and home environments. By offering them decision making skills, we aim to increase their self esteem and ability to realize alternative choices to substance use and abuse.

History:
Since 1978 Channel One- Central Falls has been providing the city with substance abuse prevention and youth development programing. Channel One- Central Falls is a department of the City of Central Falls.
