New Urban Arts is a vibrant arts studio and learning community for Providence public high school students and emerging artists.
Description:
It is our hope that all young people have the opportunity to develop a creative practice they can sustain throughout their lives. Our studio-based arts programs for high school youth, as well as professional development programs for emerging artists, reflect our belief that a lifelong practice is developed through creative risk-taking, personal inquiry, nurturing relationships, and community engagement.
