To enhance the well being and health of residents and patients in our care. The care of our residents is paramount. We are always looking for way to increase the level of socialization and activities for our long term and dementia residents.
Description:
Cedar crest nursing facility provides long term care, sub acute care, and a special care unit for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
History:
Cedar Crest started as a long term care facility. Over time a long term care unit was create for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The latest addition to our facility is the Sub Acute unit. Cedar Crest is the first nursing care facility in Rhode Island to start a in-house sub acute/rehabilitation program.
