It is our vision to exemplify excellence in end of life care. Connecticut VNA's Hospice offers both traditional hospice services, as well as complemetary services such as massage therapy, expressive arts, pet visits.

History:
Connecticut's VNA Hospice began offering hospice services in 1994 as a program of the East Hartford VNA, we are a program of the CTVNA and a Masonicare affiliate. We are a medicare certified hospice program.
