Neighbor to Neighbor's mission is to create caring connections between those in our community who are in need of basic life necessities and those in the community who have the means to help.

Description:
Neighbor to Neighbor serves the greater Greenwich area providing clothing and food to those in need. Our clients are referred to Neighbor by social service agencies and religious organizations. We provide clothing to families four times a year and supplemental food to those Greenwich residents referred to us by the Greenwich Department of Social Services on a weekly basis.

History:
Neighbor to Neighbor has been in existence for 26 years. The agency has operated out of the basement of Christ Church for the last 25 years. The agency's original purpose was to help those in emergency situations. Over the years, our agency has evolved to where it now helps people on an ongoing basis as long as it is determined that the need exists.
