 Although knowledge of general secretarial duties are a must, you would also help with special events, maintain press kits, handle sponsorships and track horse adoptions. With the help of other volunteers you will distribute/mail the quarterly newsletter and complete thank you notes to donors. You would keep inventory and order new merchandise for "Gulliver's General Store", which is located at the ranch. You will become intimate with the non-profit and work closely with the president/founder. We need someone approximately three days per week. Take I-19 South past Green Valley and get off on Exit 56 (Canoa Rd.) Turn left and then right on the East Frontage Rd. You will be heading South again for about 3 miles. Turn left on Elephant Head Rd. and follow it for another 3 miles. It twists and turns and changes its name to Canoa Rd. but just ignore that. Turn right on Dove Way and follow it for approximately 1 mile. Where the pavement ends on your left is a big metal gate with the words Jumpin Jack Ranch across the top. Enter the gate code and proceed at 5 mph onto the property. Watch out for dogs and horses that may be roaming and follow signs to appropriate parking. To receive the gate code you must fill out a volunteer application at our website; www.equinevoices.org and receive a reply before coming to the ranch.
