Knoxville Leadership Foundation (KLF) is a local faith-based organization, founded in 1994, that mobilizes leaders from all walks of life to tackle our city’s biggest problems. As followers of Jesus Christ, we seek to connect people of faith, and others of goodwill to renew our city — creating a better life for people who are poor, vulnerable, and on the margins. Founded in July 2004, Amachi is an initiative of Knoxville Leadership Foundation in partnership with local congregations, The University of Tennessee College of Social Work, and many others.
