The Animal Rescue League of NH is a community resource dedicated to saving the lives of homeless pets, caring for companion animals afflicted by neglect, abandonment and cruelty and enhancing the relationship between people and pets through adoption, education, compassion and the promotion of animal welfare.
Description:
The Animal Rescue League of NH is a limited admission shelter that takes in animals that are homeless, strays, or the current owner cannot take care of. The ARL of NH tries to place the animal in the most compatible home for a lifetime placement.
History:
The ARL of NH was incorporated in 1904 in Goffstown, NH. In April, 1998, the ARL of NH moved into their new facility in Bedford NH. The ARL serves many towns in Southern NH and at times, Northern MA.
