The mission of Claymont Family Health Services is to provide affordable, quality primary health care for uninsured and underinsured individuals.

Description:
Located in the Claymont Community Center, Claymont Family Health Services (CFHS) has been providing primary healthcare to uninsured individuals for over 15 years. CFHS operates with a team of volunteer physicians and a staff of nurses 5 days each week. Diagnostic testing, pharmaceutical support, and a broad referral network further enhances the care we are able to provide.

History:
Claymont Family Health Services opened to clients in 1992 with the help and support of the Medical Society of Delaware, Delaware Division of Public Health, United Way, and community leaders. The care provided by our volunteer physicians is key to our operation.
