Family and Community Service (FCS) is dedicated to preserving and strengthening family life in all its forms, and promoting the enhanced functioning of individuals, families, and communities.

Description:
FCS provides individual and family counseling for persons experiencing emotional and relationship difficulties, substance abuse treatment, counseling for homeless persons, school-based counseling, support and education for grandparents raising grandchildren, HIV/AIDS case management, HIV/AIDS prevention education, HIV/AIDS supportive housing, counseling and case management for adults with disabilities, and case management for persons living in supportive housing with mental health or substance abuse difficulties. FCS administers Delaware County's emergency food programs through network of 11 participating churches and 6 social service agencies.
