Our vision is to provide work experience for developmentally delayed students through volunteerism.

Description:
I coordinate programs for students with moderate disabilities to gain work experience. I do this through arranging paid positions and also volunteer positions. The students are supervised at all times. They range in age from 16-21.

History:
The School District of Philadelphia has been providing programs for the developmentally disables for many years. It is required by state and federal law.
