Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County, PA works in partnership with people in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing. The houses are then sold to those in need at no profit and with no interest charged.

Description:
Volunteers provide most of the labor, and individual and corporate donors provide money and materials to build Habitat houses. Partner families themselves invest hundreds of hours of labor - "sweat equity" - into building their homes and the homes of others.
History:
Since 1989, through the hard work and dedication of our volunteers, homeowners and staff, we have built and renovated 36 homes in Montgomery County, PA and contributed to the building of many homes in other countries. You can help our mission to provide simple, decent housing to our families in many ways
