Montgomery Hospital Hospice is a non-profit, community centered hospice and palliative care program that provides coordinated care for individuals facing terminal illness. Montgomery Hospital Hospice services all of Montgomery County as well as Roxborough, and parts of Chester County. We strive to make sure our patients have the support and care they need facing end of life issues.

We strive to make sure our patients have the support and care they need facing end of life issues. Montgomery Hospital Hospice is certified by Medicare and Joint Commission. Both of our Medical Directors are Nationally Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Our integrated team of caring professionals meet the needs of our patients with dignity and compassion.
History:
Montgomery Hospital Hospice has been taking care of members of the community since 1985. Montgomery Hospital Hospice services include nursing, home health aides, social work, chaplaincy, PT/OT/ST, and volunteer services. Both Medical Directors are Nationally certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. In addition to the core services, Montgomery Hospital Hospice also offers complimentary therapies.
