Outreach arm of the University of DE as part of the American land grant system, Cooperative Extension takes the University to the people with programming in the areas of personal and traffic safety, food safety, nutrition, health, 4-H youth development, water quality, sustainable agriculture, home gardening, family development, resource management, leadership and volunteer development.
