The mission of McNeil Technologies and LRG, Inc. is to establish a solid volunteer base that will provide supplemental transitional support services to students enrolled in and graduates exiting the Job Corps program, a federal job training program for economically disadvantaged youth.

Description:
McNeil Technologies is responsible for providing transitional support services to students and graduates of the Job Corps program. They are looking to volunteers to be mentors to Job Corps youth by assisting them as they come closer to exiting the program and begin entering into the workforce, college or trade school, and work toward becoming self-reliant adults. A Mentor can provide the information, support, encouragement, and advice that students may need to effectively attain their goals.

History:
Established in 1964, Job Corps is the nation's largest residential, educational and vocational training program for economically disadvantaged youth, ages 16 through 24.
