Description:
The Hospital is a 163 bed facility, servicing mostly a geriatric population. Housed on this campus is a sleep center, full rehab services, complete outpatient radiology, and telemetry unit and several other services. Working with our community our goal is to build a healthy place to live and work.
Volunteers work all through out the building. Volunteers man the information desk. They work as messengers delivering flowers and discharging patients. Volunteers work as lay Chaplains, Patient advocates, assist patients with menus and are friendly visitors.

History:
Taylor Hospital was founded in the home of Dr. Horace Furness Taylor and his wife Katherine, in the early part of the 1900's. The house could accommodate three patients and was equipped for surgery. Today the hospital has grown to match the growth of it's surrounding communities.
