Employ those who have difficulty in getting & holding jobs such as the disabled, recovering substance abusers and ex offenders. Teach work ethics through real work experience.

History:
Baker Industries was founded in 1980 in the garage of Charles and Weezie Baker. We are a unique nonprofit work rehabilitation program that teaches people with disabilities, people in recovery from substance abuse, people who have become homeless and those coming out of prison how to be a great employee. Through real life work, Bakerites learn how to be great employees and move onto to main stream better jobs.
Our volunteers provide a role example of a great employee, a caring person to interact with and a person to socialize with. Our family of volunteers strengthen the confidence of Bakerites.
