Family Service is a member of The United Way of Bucks County and is accredited by Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services, Inc. The agency is Licensed by The State of Pennsylvania to provide both outpatient Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol services.

FSA is the place where families and the community come to: improve lives of those with mental illness, help defeat substance addiction, reduce child abuse, develop academic success, prepare teens for their futures, improve the quality of life for people with HIV/AIDS, and assist seniors with living independently.

We help people find hope, and maintain their dignity and independence. We teach people how to change
behaviors that cause them pain so they can be successful and happy in their lives and their community.

Family Service responds to the needs of the Bucks County community by offering counseling and support programs that strengthen the lives of individuals, families, and children of all ages and backgrounds.

History:
FSA has been improving the lives of children, men and women in Bucks County since 1953. FSA has grown since 1953 to have offices in Quakertown, Doylestown, Langhorne, and Bristol to meet the needs of residents all over Bucks. In 2005-06, FSA touched the lives of over 8,000 people in our community.
