Caring Hospice Services is a unique holistic service designed to meet social, emotional and spiritual, as well as the physical needs of patients and families as they face terminal illness. Our commitment is to provide families with the support they need to allow a loved one to die peacefully, without pain, and with dignity in the familiar surroundings of their home or nursing facility. We have the utmost respect for the choices, values and beliefs of our patients and their families.

Description:
Caring Hospice Services provides nursing care, social workers, chaplains, certified home health aides, and volunteers to their patients and families. We provide these services in the patients' homes, either private, nursing, or continuous care facilities, and are available 24/7. Our focus is on living life to its fullest, until the very last moment. Hospice care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and many private insurance companies. We are a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and certified by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.

Our volunteers are trained, serve, and are supported within their own localities. During training, they discuss how they would like to serve and together a placement is made based on their interests, time available, and chosen area of service. It is not necessary to travel to our office for training or ongoing support, as that is provided in towns throughout South Jersey.

History:
From our Mt. Laurel office, we have been serving patients and their families throughout South Jersey since 1999. Comprehensive, individualized hospice services are provided to patients and their families in private homes, and nursing facilities in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Salem, and Cumberland counties. We also have offices in Edison and Lakewood, New Jersey as well as in Fort Washington, PA and Brooklyn, NY.
