Description:
Our hospice is tailored to the individual needs of each client and family. Beyond providing skilled nursing care and strong emotional support, Keystone's approach to end-of-life care emphasizes allowing the individual and family to make care decisions, continuing normal activities for as long as possible. If it is no longer possible to remain at home, full-time care is also available at Keystone House, a lovingly restored and furnished home, where residents experience a peaceful and comforting atmosphere focused on serving residents and families.

History:
Since 1995, non-profit and independent Keystone Hospice has provided comprehensive care - including pediatric hospice and HIV/AIDS services - in Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
