Description:
Hospice is a comprehensive program of medical care designed to address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients with life limiting illnesses and to provide support services for their family members. One of the primary objectives of VistaCare is to help patients and family members to become as comfortable as possible so they truly do live all the days of their lives. Volunteers are critical to the overall success of VistaCare's mission of caring and play a vital role in the team approach to patient and family care. The unique gift that each volunteer brings to the program, adds to the personal attention that our patients and families deserve.
History:
VistaCare was established in 1995 and has been providing compassionate care ever since.
