The box truck is needed to pick up donations made by individuals and corporations. The donations consist of furniture, sofas, chairs, tables, mattresses, dressers and household items such as linens, dishes, pots and pans. All donations are given to families in need free of charge. The families that are served consist of victims of fire, domestic abuse, natural disaster and families that have overcome homelessness and are moving into a house that we have provided for them or another housing agency has provided. |
