We need drivers with SUVs or Vans to volunteer on Sunday, July 13 with the American Cancer Society's Bike-A-Thon.

SAG WAGON Volunteers – Sunday, July 13, 2008
Must have a van, truck or bike rack on car so you can pick up cyclists that are injured, have a broken bike or need a lift to the next rest stop or endpoint.

Specific SAG Wagon Volunteer Duties:
Check in at 6:00am and stage at 6th St. (next to US Mint)
Follow the riders in your assigned area and pick up any cyclist needing a ride to the next point
Relay information regarding anyone needing a ride, a bike repair or EMS to the Command Center
Try and stay with the majority of the riders or towards the back of the riders. There is no rush

Training is July 11 at Dave and Buster’s from 6:00 – 8:00pm. You will receive a $50 gas card at the training on July 11 and another $50 gas card at the end point.
