Safety is our utmost concern, therefore, we need people who are able to walk next to a horse to assist our riders during their therapy session. We have four clients in each class, our riders are all on saddle pads doing therapeutic exercises on moving horses. Our horses are highly trained and volunteers have a unique opportunity to groom and ready the horses for classes as well as assist in therapy. We would be delighted to hear from you. All volunteers should be 14 years or older and will be trained when they arrive at Pegasus. Each person is given a Volunteer Manual that answers many questions that might arise. This opportunity is sponsored by: Pegasus Riding Academy, Inc.
We need volunteers who are free at these times
