The VISTA Member will help SURJ by: working with staff to prepare public education events; assist with outreach activities; help build SURJ’s volunteer and member base, including a re-energizing of SURJ’s current committees; write articles for newsletter and provide frequent informational updates for website; help create reentry web pages for SURJ site; research relevant criminal justice issues in Delaware and across the nation; and, help community members in reentry related activities including participation with the Delaware Reentry Consortium and local attempts to build effective reentry programs in Delaware.
